Born and raised in West Midlands England I developed a love for Tea Parties early on in life. After moving to California in the late 80's, I longed for a traditional afternoon tea destination and just could not find what I was looking for. I started hosting tea parties for close families and friends and in turn collecting authentic, beautiful English tea accessories became my passion. Fast forward almost 30 years and I am blessed with grandchildren. When my 4 year old granddaughter asked me to throw her 4th birthday, I couldn't resist the opportunity to plan a traditional English Tea Party. When I was finished with the party and saw the love and joy on all the children's faces I knew my passion had been reignited. I started Tea Parties & More to bring this joy to all ages. The special feeling that comes from sitting down and enjoying an afternoon tea is simply amazing.
